Returns & Refunds Policy

At Theresa Mountain, we want you to love your gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Let us know! We’re happy to help arrange an exchange, depending on product availability. Standard return rules apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
